In 1983 Hydropack starts from the termination of the operations of Hydroplan Barneveld.
Hydropack specializes in the design and supply of hydraulic power units and systems. We started a partnership with the Dutch branch of Atos SpA, a leading manufacturer of hydraulic components.
In 1987 Hydropack became authorized distributor of Atos SpA and took over the operations of the Dutch Atos office. With this step, Hydropack became a major player in the field of hydraulics. Hydropack also acquires interesting foreign representations, in order to offer a complete range of hydraulic components.
Hydropack starts growing. Orders for complete hydraulic systems became more complex and grew both in number and size.
Meanwhile, the government also found their way to Hydropack and herewith Hydropack frequently acquired major contracts for hydraulic systems in the field of waterway bridges and locks.
Growth forced Hydropack to move to a new premises. In 1997 Hydropack moves to a new buidling, located at the industrial area “Calveen”, close to the motorway A1. The building, with a floor area of nearly 2000 m2, is fully attuned to the activities of Hydropack.
Hydropack already delivers products and systems to customers in Belgium. To continue and expand the business, Hydropack decided to set up its own office in Belgium. Since 2009 Hydropack operates from its own branch in Genk, Belgium.
